    Actress amd model Elsa Pataky has won her case against Zeta S.A, Zoom ediciones S.L, Ediciones Primera Plana S.A, Curoe, Interviu and El Periodico de Cataluña for printing nude photographs taken in 2007 without her authorisation. The Supreme Court ruled that the publishers must pay a total of 620,000 euros for invading her privacy whilst shooting for Elle Magazine in Mexico. The undercover photographer snapped pictures while Pataky was changing, including a topless picture which was featured on the cover of the magazines in question. Congratulations on your victory...
